Okay, let me solve this for you.
I am currently at the uni of leeds as a fresher, and im in james baillie. One of my close friends is in henry price.
Im gonna start by saying that if there's one thing i regret its putting so much time and effort into choosing accommodation, because the reality is, as soon as you get here, practically everyone LOVES where they are put, even if it wasnt their first choice. (You will soon see). Sure, a few people have problems, but they get their issues resolved or they can swap accommodation within the first few weeks.
There isnt much of a difference between james baillie and henry price except in terms of location. As for me, im jealous that my friend can just roll out of bed in the morning and be at his lecture in just 5 mins, but travelling from james baillie isnt a problem at all. The only complaints ive heard about travelling being a big issure are from those who are at boddington or oxley.
They are both VERY sociable, so dont worry anymore about that.
Both have similar sized rooms and kitchens and all that.
Feel free to ask me any more questions =)
