what time is the last bus you can get from campus to the train station on a friday evening?

You want the second set of times.

Mon-Fri, The last bus leaves MechEng at 9.00 (9.05 at the union) and get to the station at 9.18. THEORETICALY

In practice, late on a friday, the service can get a but ad-hock.
- On busy nights they can get full before they get down to the bottom of campus, and then they simply dont stop for you.
- Also if traffic is bad in town, this also can mess it up, as the bus gets stuck in it every time, and gets later and later, as each time it cant make the route in time to start the next.
- So i personaly wouldnt push your luck. Also, unless i dont mind missing the train (ie, if there another shortly after) i leave a good 50+mins from leaving my room to the time of the train.

Also, have you considered walking?
- Its only 40mins max, and its nice weather, and you dont have a excesive bags, it can be quite nice. And its 100% reliable, as your not affect my traffic etc.

Also, just to add to that, for anyone thinking of coming to the wonderfull lufbra. I know ive just gone on about how it unrelaiable and runs late, etc, buts its actually a really great service.
- They run every 10mins, all day, in both directions, they stoping all over the place, and run to time nearly all the time, and it only costs just over a quid from campus to the station.
