LLM modules: HELP!

Which module should I choose? Does anyone have experience in any type (ie which are the best courses)?

My favorites of the listed include:

EU internal market law (15 c)
Intellectual property law (30 c)

I personally like intellectual property law, because the course description sounds fascinating, and it seems like a hot field career-wise. I must choose 30 credits--either 1 30-c course, or 2 fifteen-credit courses.

i do not really understand your doubts. Intellectual property is very fascinating subject, especially if you like it!! obviously it would be more intesive coz u'll earn more credits for that but in case u like it why not? furthermore, i think the IP issues are becoming more topical nowadays, particularly in the business context.
