Defer graduate entry?

Is it possible? Has anyone done it or knows someone who's done it?

If you mean defer entry to a postgraduate course, then yes it's possible. You usually choose this option on your application form. If you've already been accepted, then contact the uni and ask them if it's possible to defer.

Yeah, I checked out on my uni website and it does say it's possible under exceptional circumnstances but that all conditions have to be met... which means I need funding this year, in any case... Well, I'll keep it in mind :p:

I've deffered my place at LSE, wasn't too much trouble although it did take them a while to get back to me. I have to pay a deposit and suchlike but it gives me the chance to earn some money to pay for the tuition next year!
