Accommodation

I can't find anything through the accommodation system at UCLan. I've been looking at renting rooms, but what if I put down a deposit and I don't get the grades I need? I applied through extra, so I can't put an insurance choice. If I have to go through clearing, how will I get accommodation? But what if I do get in, but didn't find somewhere, because I was worried about losing £200 deposit? I'm just a little confused and worried. Burnley campus has no student halls.
