UCAS (again!) - Fee Code

What option do you choose for this selection. I know that now everyone has to pay tuition fees privately, but does this box refer to the other fees that are usually paid by the government? In which case it would be the LEA?

Anybody know what they put in this option?

just wondering underneath the feecode it says Student Support Arrangements and lists all the county's LEA's which one do we select is it where you live? Or do we leave it blank?

If I am an EU student (and thus will be paying 3000 pounds a year) the category for me is 02 right? What do I put in the box below the drop down list of categories?
