Usually a 90% average at A2 modules as well as an 80% average over AS and A2

I got over 90% for my A2 Psychology.... and over 80% for the whole A-Level. Would this have been an A*?

Same for me, I barely scraped together 5 C's at GCSE. Just found A levels/college a lot more enjoyable and did better as a result of it. Got AAAB at AS level and predicted A*AA for A2, when I enrolled my college tried talking me out of taking the subjects I did!

Not sure about psychology specifically, but yes, if you got that in terms of UMS then that would generally constitute an A*

So technically I got A*AB then?
This makes me quite angry as "officially" it's still AAB...

Generally you need 80% in your AS and 90% in A2 for an A* overall.

Could I get them to change it to an A* do you think?
I got those %s but A* wasn't created for A-Level back then

Oh no, you can't get it changed if you took the exams when A*s didn't exist.

I thought not.
That sucks then because I did better than it says :frown:

And this makes my OP question more valid too lol

Well, you technically didn't because you did as well as you could have done in the exam - which was an A... but yes, the OP is now more relevant!
