Ncs The Challenge question

So I was looking through the kit list for the ncs challenge which I am going on in a few weeks and I found that you had to bring swimwear even though we do not need to go swimming. After all, if we don't need it, why do we need to bring it?Believ it or not, I don't have any swimwear that fits anymore so I was wondering if I should go and buy some or if I shouldnt. Also, how physically intense is the get active part? Is it harder than bronze dofe?

I'm going this year too. I'm not really sure, I think you can sit out if your not fond of swimming. As for physical activity I can imagine it will be pretty intense.

Even if you don't go swimming it is possible that you may be doing some water sports/activities, and in some cases it is recommended that you have swimwear underneath the provided gear.
