It depends on what course you want to do, the subject the C is in, and how high your As were :smile:

I personally got AAAB, with the B in English Literature. But because I'm applying for Natural Sciences, I've been told it has very little effect on my application

What are you applying for and what subject did you get the C in? If the C is in a subject that isn't particularly related to the course you're applying for and your UMS is high in the other subjects (as would be expected for any Cambridge applicant), you should be fine. If the C is in a subject directly related to your course, you may have a problem!
