How to know which campus to apply for?

Whats the difference and does it affect your chances of getting an offer?

Are you certain that your course is offered at both? Most universities with more than one campus offer different subjects - e.g. Durham - education is at the Stockton campus. If this is Exeter, then it may be that the courses are offered at both Stretham/St Luke (in Exeter) and at the Penryn (Cornwall) campus - if so, then check carefully between the two courses.

When entering the course code into UCAS, there is a drop-down box showing what alternatives are available for the campus selection - usually just something along the lines of "main site -".
Depends on the course.

If you're applying for Medicine, Medical Imaging, Sports Science or PGCE, they are based at St Lukes. Pretty much everything else is based at Streatham, the main campus. Some degrees (like Human Bioscience and Medical Science) are split between the two. I think both are officially based at St Lukes though.

Doubt it will affect offer chances. If in doubt, just chose Streatham, or main site

Well done on completely missing the point of the OPs question.

They clearly meant they weren't sure whether to apply for Stretham or Penryn, which should be obvious given that there is no choice to apply for St. Lukes, if your course is at St. Lukes you simply apply to the Stretham campus.
