Vacation Scheme: "On track to achieving a 2:1"

Hi guys,

After viewing various law firm's vacation scheme's for the summer (too late now I know), I've noticed a requirement is to "be on track to achieving a 2:1".

Unfortunately I only got a 2:2 in first year due to too much partying, however now I've been getting consistent 2:1's and 1st's. So just to double check, would this be sufficient to count as being on track, even given my 2:2 in first year?
