I feel like he wants to be single?

I've been going out with my boyfriend for about 5 months. We have gone from seeing each other pretty much every day to him not mentioning about seeing me and making up reasons why he can't... This is his longest relationship and he is 23, his best friend has recently become single and i'm feeling like he wants to be too? I've asked him if he wants to be with me and he made it clear he does but something feels off.

I'm sorry you're feeling like this. It sucks. You have asked him and got a clear answer that he wants to be, so at least that's something. Is he always coming up with excuses? there could be something else behind them or he may just be busy or prioritising different things. When's the last time you saw him in person and how did he appear then? He could just be wanting space :smile:
