Interview Help!!!!

HEY,
ive got 2 interviews tomorrow, both in telesales and marketing, ive only ever worked in retail, so i was wondering whether anyone would know what i am to expect in the interview as they said id be meeting the managing director.

It's probably going to be very customer service focused. Try and think of times when you've had to deal with customer complaints in your old job/times when you've provided great customer service.

Yes, in Marketing. What else... anothing you might want to try and demonstrate is your ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Try and think of an occasion when you might have had that experience. Also thinking on your feet is one they like. List these if you're asked what your strengths are.

Dress quite smartly and try and be as friendly/upbeat as you can without verging into sycophantic/frightening :tongue:

. The whole point of marketing is being a 'people person', so you don't want to just sit there rattling off answers. Be charming!

Some main things they are going to want to see you be, or may ask you to 'demonstrate': your powers of persuasion, that your are confident, have good organizational skills, and are motivated.

That's all I can think of right now!
