Joint PGCE degrees are pretty rare, as arranging placements can be tricky (and for other reasons).
I'd suggest exploring doing a PGCE in either subject- once you are qualified, you can teach any subject. English might be more employable than drama and offers a higher bursary if you can get accepted onto the course.
