Heard a rumour that some uni's will give you a grant or something like that just because you achived 3 A's? Just want to know if thats in any way true for Leeds? Btw I'm starting Philosophy and Politics in September just in case its a departmental query.

There is a scholarship for if you're predicted and got 3 A's but the deadline has already passed...

yeah, it's called alumni scolarship and the time limit for applying to it has already expired...I sent an e-mail to the uni and they said it was somewhere near March, as if a student doing A levels would know, before even knowing that he's going to Leeds uni, that he has to apply to a scolarship before March...
They have a bursary of up to £1500 for those of us from low-income households
