The above posts are both correct and typically to get any significant scholarship you would need to attend a lesser law school than you may be qualified for...for instance, if you're top 5 material then you should be looking in the 20-30 range.
Oh, how come?
Because you need to be one of the top incoming students...that's hard to accomplish at your Harvard's and Yale's, but much easier at lesser law schools if you're Harvard or Yale material. Basically you need to be make sure you stand out as the best of the best.
