Same training provider, different job- how likely is it that they will consider me?

I wanted to apply for an apprenticeship but it's with the same training provider as my last job that I declined last minute with, it's with a different employer though

Some employers won't talk with the training provider during hiring, and some use them to conduct their assessment days etc. It depends on the size of the employer. I can't see why it would affect you though, there's hundreds of applicants and students and even if the employer speaks to the training provider, they should be unbiased.
