Is Queen Mary university of London good for MSc Data science? Is it reputable among employers?

Ahoy

After completing a Msc Data Science at QMUL, I no longer care about the degree on CVs when hiring a candidate. Degree itself is not sufficient in this competitive market. Most of the students I met just copy answers from prior cohorts' courseworks because it didn't change when I completed it.

If you type in msc big data science on linkedin, you pretty much have a good idea where they got up to after completing the degree. I know some people I met are still struggling to find a role today. Other than that, students with prior experience in their home country, have a better chance to find a role in UK.

If I can go back, I would never do a MSc.

If you decide to still go ahead with the MSc, make sure you have enough money to cover your rent after completing the course.
