Speeding fine declaration

Hi

I have a sp30 driving violation I got back in Jan 2022. I paid £100 and have 3 points on my license. I was doing 4mph over the speed limit.

When I was filling out my ucas I put no to any criminal convictions which I do not have, but now my tutor has said to email the university and let them know about this immediately and say it was an oversight. I’m due to start a medical course in September and now I am panicking I didn’t declare this, as I didn’t think I needed to, because it isn’t a criminal offence. But what my college tutor has said has thrown me off. It’s not something that would even show on a DBS check. Can someone please help? I’m very worried.
