do some mock interviews and record yourself . you could start by asking yourself the questions and audio recording .

Do your preparation, know what’s going to happen and anticipate questions. Get some interview practice, a recruiter set me up for a free hour with an interview coach, it was a bit painful, but very useful. However the most important thing is often to demonstrate positive energy and enthusiasm.

Competency based interviews, which I think are overrated as a selection tool, tend to be about picking from a handful of decent things you’ve achieved and tailoring one of them to the question asked.
