Oxford Brookes hands down. It is one of the best unis to get into Formula 1 as an engineer (except if you are looking to be an Aerodynamicist of course). Each team has quite a lot of graduates from there and the FS team is also really good. I too am looking at joining either Motorsports MEng at Brookes or Automotive MEng at Loughborough - really confused between the two
