can I get into pharmacy through clearing

I do BTEC health and social care level 3 , I have 144 UCAS points , will I have a good chance of getting into pharmacy through clearing

Most Universities stipulate at least a grade B in Chemistry A level for pharmacy.

Looks like some take D* D* D* Applied Science extended BTEC. Have a look at UCLAN.
