Functional Skills English Writing Exam

I took the test, Level 2. Done well on Reading. On writing however, the first task was a report; I done a great job. The second task was a formal email to the council. It was so easy that I thought I didn't need to plan and I started writing. When reached the end, I noticed I haven't written enough words. I drawn a line at the end of my email, and drawn an arrow from the previous paragraph, and continuoued writing after the end of my email. What a stupid mistake!

Will it be marked as failed?
