What are some things to do on a gap year ?

You can work, prepare your UCAS application if you don't have a place yet for 2024, learn to drive, read, travel*, take up a hobby you always wanted to take up but never did such as, I don't know, guitar or fencing or crocheting or painting... it's your gap year, you can do whatever you want :smile:

*: it's the stereotype but travel is a great thing to do. You probably don't have the money to go travelling all year round (neither did I) but you can work and use some of the money you earnt to travel. If you plan ahead and are savvy, you can make it last. Particularly because your early adulthood years is when it'll be the cheapest to travel - lots of discounts for under 25s or 21s out there. Or if you're a hermit just stay at home and save up all that money! But use your gap year well. And by that I mean, do things that you want to do and some things that'll help you in your future if you can and just things that'll make you think fondly of your gap year :smile:
