Sunderland to Newcastle

Hi, so I am currently doing a foundation year in computer science at the university of Sunderland, I was offered a place in Newcastle if I completed the partners program and achieve a BBC, due to circumstances I didn’t achieve those grades a preformed poorly in my A Levels getting CDE. Would it be possible that while completing my foundation year I could apply to Newcastle and move onto their computer science course after completing my foundation year. As I am willing to put in a lot of work and maintain a high grade average. Thanks
