Diagnostic Radiography and sonography

Hi, I want to study diagnostic radiography and then maybe go into sonography.
I know you can get into sonography with a diagnostic radiography degree but I am not sure how you do it.
How could I go into sonography with a radiography degree and is it easy to get into with a radiography degree?

Yes you can (in theory) move into sonography after training as a diagnostic radiographer and gaining a few years' work experience once you have graduated. Sonography is very competitive and you will be competing with nurses, midwives and radiotherapists for a place on a training course.
