UCAS issue and medicine application chance

Is it possible for me to change my uni options after sending my application to UCAS, I’m doing medicine and my deadline is the 16 th of this month, I was going to apply to Liverpool with A*A*B the B being in maths and a UCAT score of 2480, do I have any realistic chances of getting in, I checked their UCAT cut off and it said 2660. I wanted to know if I should quickly change my option as my chances would be low or if I should give it a chance.

This is what the UCAS website says: "You can swap a choice for a different one within 14 days of the date on your welcome email. You can only swap each choice once."
