Change timetable for next term?

Does anyone know if it possible to switch a class from a Friday to a Tuesday? For next term. Who do you speak to about that? I have no modules on Tuesdays and the Friday module is from 1600-1800. Would love to switch it to Tuesday or Wednesday.

Hey there

Is it a lecture or a seminar/tutorial? You won't be able to switch lectures because they're only held once a week (might vary by course) and have to consider the professor's and the other students' schedules. Changing a seminar/tutorial time is possible but will require the cooperation of another student who's willing to swap with you. You'd usually have to ask in your course Whatsapp GC (if you have one) if someone is willing to swap and both of you will then email the L&T team as well as your original and new tutors about the requested change. If everyone agrees, that's the process done; otherwise, you'll have to stick to your original allocated time only.

Hope that helps
