Should I go to the Assessment Centre?
Hi so I have a final AC with GSK next week but am not sure if I should go. Its for their commercial graduate programme that starts in septemeber. Issue is I already have a job lined up for January in the civil service at the HEO level as a commercial manager in the department of trade that pays more and is more aligned with want I want to do long term which is management/strategy consulting. However, I imagine GSK will pay more in the long run but I am not sure if starting a grad scheme if I get it is worthwhile for me when the scheme is not even what I want to do long term. What would you do if you were me?
