"Your application has been sent to UCAS" glitch?

My UCAS application has gone from being sent to universities, with one offer being returned, to going back to the "Your application has been sent to UCAS" (Green Tick) screen.

Just to add, my personal statement has in no way been plagiarised and didn't have a single issue previously.

Any ideas as to what has happened here?

Yeah there are a bunch of posts about it rn, it's happening to me as well

It's happened to me too. I think ucas is just down at the moment
