Becoming an accountant at the Big 4

I'm currently working as an accounts assistant. I've completed the AAT level 2 and hope to finish level 3 and 4 within this year. I'm currently working in industry, but want to switch to practice at the big 4. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to do the ACA whilst working at the big 4 - if so what job title would I be looking for as I've noticed these programs tend to be for graduate only.

And I wanted to know if anyone had any tips in terms of what I could learn outside of the accounting qualifications so that by the time I get to the big 4 I would be more than ready. I'm planning on learning excel and SQL to mastery in my own time and wanted to know if there's anything else I could do.
