How do you get into IOPC ?

, does anyone have any ideas on how to get into Independent Office For Police Conduct? I’m currently in 2nd yr of uni studying criminology & feel like getting into that after graduation instead of probation now. Honestly , I’ve tried doing research on it but got me nowhere and have no idea where to start or what type of work experience I would need to get into that after uni. I was thinking to gain experience as a probation service officer and then pursue it but not sure if you can do that . I know that you can’t work in policing and then go into that career . Im LOST.. Thank youu.
