Reapplying to Uni after dropping out

I started uni in September of 2023 and decided to drop out in December. I gained 70 ish credits from two modules. I'm now reapplying to uni for Sept 2024, and idk if these credits are useful for my ucas application? help please!

Which credit scheme were your university using?
under CATS a year at university is 120 credits so 3 months of a year wouldn’t get you near to 70 credits. ECTS would have 60 credits in a year so even further away.

if you completed modules and got credits then you MUST list those on your ucas application but it’s up to the universities that you apply to whether they will consider those alongside your level 3 qualifications
