LIDO DTP 2024 Interview

Just received another couple of emails saying Royal Holloway and NRI will make their offers later this week - academic leads are currently reviewing applications - so it might be the same for the other tethered offers

I had my interview on the 21st and haven't received any offers yet - the emails about NRI and RH I think were sent to everyone that didn't specify a university preference

I did not get the NRI and RH e-mails, I don't know if it is because I was shortlisted for their icase projects.

I was recommended for two iCASE project with supervisors in KCL and UCL too. These emails just said, 'Dear Candidate... If you have indicated that you would welcome an offer from [RH/NRI] then you may be contacted by a lead to discuss your interests to better ensure their alignment to [RH/NRI] supervisors research areas.' Those two universities apparently have specialist natures.

I would've thought the email was just sent to everyone that didn't mind RH/NRI being their host university and that it has nothing to do with admissions 🤷*♀️

Anyone else heard back yet? I thought my interview went quite well but I haven't heard back yet and we're mid-week. (Almost don't want to ask because I like living in this Schrodinger's box situation as opposed to an outright rejection 😭)

When did you have your interview?

21st, so 1 week ago almost exactly. When I asked when I'd hear back they said they didn't know 🤷*♀️ When was yours?

I'm also wondering if maybe international students or tethered offers maybe hear back first?

Mine was 21st as well - would rather be rejected now than all this waiting!

Fellow 21st interview person. What is weird is I have been recommended to an iCASE supervisor (haven't heard back from him either), and nothing on both fronts. The email and discord chat we were in seemed to imply that getting an iCASE interview was only if you got a high enough 1st interview score, but all the other information I look at seems misleading

I did not apply to icase - but I am sure if you are being recommended that's a good sign! Good luck!

Well, going by the email I just received, it's looking like rejection or wait-list for most that hasn't received a response yet. Which is a shame, because I don't think my interview could have gone much better 😞

I think I got the same e-mail. I was recommended also for the iCase projects but that did not secure a place for DTP. I have also got my first iCASE rejection. All about game theory! Let's keep positive about the waiting list.
