How should I go about this?

Disclaimer: I posted this before but I assume I posted it in the wrong forum as I didn't get the feedback i was hoping for

Anyway, here we go again!

I am an A-level student, and I am interested in organizing a conference that would bring together teachers/examiners and students. The goal is to teach the best exam practices for specific subjects. Additionally, the conference would provide an opportunity for students to tackle commonly asked questions as well as more challenging ones.

I am considering reaching out to several schools in my local area, seeking their collaboration on this. Alternatively, I could ask the schools for the contacts of teachers who also serve as examiners. What are your thoughts on this approach? Do you have any suggestions for a more effective strategy?

For context, I am not in the UK and I am doing the Edexcel International Curriculum.
