Hi, I am currently studying a foundation degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing, progress to a bachelors next year and planned to top this up with a year at Bradford University with a conversation course but this has been stopped now…
My research has concluded with I won’t be able to secure student finance to the study Optometry as I have already studied a higher education course…Optometry is what I have always wanted to study but never achieved emails so found another way to do this…now my dream seems impossible…
I really don’t want to take out a private loan and having my employer pay for my current qualification has taught me how difficult this can be being sponsored by someone else…
Can I try to convert my foundation degree now if possible and still be able to secure funding? I don’t even know if this is possible and I am already in my 2nd year
Can anyone offer me any advice…
