I've been waiting for 3 days go get the email but no nothing so I contacted them and they said they cannot do anything about it and asked for my contact details but I'm wondering what do I do. Today I rang them and they said it gonna take a few days so....

It may take 72hrs but by that time they may of released more accommodation as after the onslaught of Monday we didn’t have much of a choice. Good luck
