how would you go about a prioritisation station as a receptionist. i saw a question and it was about being a trainee receptionist and you had to complete some tasks in the given time. you had to restock the supplies in the GPs room, answer the phone for patients, book an urgent appointment for a patient, and call an ambulance.

How would you justify these, I have a pretty good idea but I'm stuck on articulating my thoughts
