Leicester medical school interview numeracy question

I have my interview for leicester medical school in a few weeks and I went to their open day and I think I remember them saying they test numeracy at interview by redoing a UCAT quantitative reasoning??? I have not seen this anywhere in on their website or in the invite email so can anyone confirm this????? do i need to practice some quantitative reasoning questions again????????

It might be worth double checking on your Leicester entry thread to see what they say on the numeracy front. Here is the link to the a100 thtead.

I wonder if they said that they use your QR SCORE as a virtual numeracy station. That might make more sense.

But i do know that some med schools used to do a numeracy station as part of thier MMIs but dont know if that still happens.

Anyway, more important stuff. Congrats on the interview offer, and good luck for the interview. 🤞

No, they simply use the score you got in UCAT QR as a virtual interview station. You do not re-do anything

What does it mean by 'using the UCAT score as a interview station ' . How actually. Do they test numeracy?

Last year they gave you a mark based on your QR score that's all.

As suggested above recommend you look at the Leicester a100 thread for 2024 entry to see what the approach is this year.
