Offer after getting a "on hold" from Bristol

We received a "on hold" email from Bristol medical school. The emails speak of "looking out for updates to allow for admission process to be completed", however it wasnt mentioned by when we will hear back. Assuming its the UCAS may deadline, a quick question to this community - What are the chances of getting "an offer" from Bristol medical school after being "on hold" ?
And by when are all the offers completed for Bristol ?

From what I can tell from the Bristol entry thread (Official: University of Bristol A100 2024 Entry Applicants - The Student Room) everyone that doesn't already have an offer is on hold, and there are still MANY more offers to come so don't worry about it at this point :smile:

In the meantime those on hold don’t get to attend offer holder days which is unfortunate. It’s hard to understand as others with lower pred grades have got offers for the same subject. Not sure what their selection algorithm is.
