UCL CAS issuing time
I'm an international student. I have an offer from IOE UCL and my program will start in 23 September but they require me to be in the UK before 1 Sept. However when I emailed them to ask about the CAS issuing time they said it would be in July. Does anybody receive the CAS before July? I think it's not enough time for me to apply for the visa if they only assign CAS in July since it usually takes a really long time (up to 3 months) in my country.
