Can anyone explain why the pressure at X = P2 + row g ( h + delta h )

I understand the P2 is pressure at the surface but not the other part?

The pressure caused by a fluid is :
Pressure = ρg(Δh)
ρ is the density of the air,
g is gravitational acceleration,
Δh is the height of the fluid (Which is equivalent to h+Δh in this situation)

Therefore the total pressure at point X is
(Pressure at 2) + (Pressure caused by the fluid)
= P2 + ρg(h+Δh)
