In logistics it’s very difficult to compare salaries. I know people earning 10K/ month, but they have to travel a lot and do shifts of 6 weeks abroad followed by 2 weeks home. For a static office based job in the UK, that seems a reasonable starting salary.
35K is an exceptionally good starting salary. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn’t live in the real world.
