Also this is the third episode in a row without a gratuitous sex scene!

Half the reason I watch HBO programmes is for the sex scenes. Minus the sex scenes, may as well watch Glee.

I think my interest in this programme has been slowly (REALLY SLOWLY cause I still enjoy it) declining since Ned Stark died.

I mean people were excited off the ending of the last programme cause it looks as though the two little boys were killed. But it's obviously some sort of trick and they're probably alive and still on the run.

Tempted to read the books.

As I said I've no problem with the sex scenes, it's just that with a tight 50 minute slot to squeeze a lot of plot into, it seemed a bit nonsensical to spend lots of time on sex scenes that don't really add anything to the story, like they did in Season 1 (I'm looking at you Ros!)

And you should read the books :P
Seriously getting bored of Daenerys marching around in a strop all the time but aside from that, great episode... although the ending  Pretty sure it's not them? Hopefully?
The Arya and Tywin conversation MADE the episode for me. Excellent casting for both characters!

i feel like we'll find out that they're still alive and that it wasn't them.

I thought the same when I saw it. Why wouldn't they have killed Hodor and the wildling along with them?

Interactions between those two have been my favourite parts of nearly all the episodes this season.

And if Ygritte says that line more than 1/2 times an episode I think I'll go crazy, dunno why but it annoyed me so much whilst reading the books

Haha I did a little cheer when she said it :colondollar: I also loved that Tywin did the 'my lord/milord' line, even if it was to the wrong person

If you're putting corpses up to scare the locals, you only need to do their princes, sod carrying some massive bloke back, and you don't need Osha either.
I think the point is whether its bran or rickon or not, Theon is a mofo for murdering two little boys.
Poor Yara or poor Ygritte?

I didn't think Ygritte would be ugly from the books, the only thing I remember Jon focusing on was a gap in her teeth? If anything, I'd complain about her (and Jon's) resistance to the cold, being able to jump up and start walking after lying unsheltered for hours on the ice at night XD

Asha was supposed to be more witty, but I didn't expect her to be stunning. With people demanding sex scenes though, I can see why they'd want to be able to bash one out over her

Well none of the enviroment they're in is actually cgi, so I imagine they're probably struggling with the cold as much as it is without acting colder.

That's just stupid. I have no problem with sex scenes, as long as they add to the story, but watching TV programmes just because they have sex scenes in them is just ridiculous. Surely you can just watch some porn, if you're that desperate to see sex?

It made me so happy when she said it! Omg TV Ygritte is way more annoying than book Ygritte imo. I really hope Jon's story in Season 2 ends exactly the same way it did in the book!
