The definitions I have been given are "The point at which plastic deformation begins" for pretty much all of them
When the elastic limit is reached, the contraction curve won't be the same as the extension curve and the length with zero force applied will be longer (which is plastic deformation or plastic flow).
The limit of proportionality is where the extension is no longer directly proportional to the force applied.
Yield Point isn't the same as elastic limit, although some consider it is. It's where strain/extension occurs for no further stress being applied. I think you'd be right either way though.
