I agree with Swim By - just take it off and put it back on again. In the mean time just use _ to symbolise spaces on the forums.

you could copy a space, and then ctrl+v whenever you need to use it

i found this as well a couple of days ago.. but isnt it really slow just using this because its not like having say 6 or more fingers typing on the keyboard...
