Women Rape Men But Men Can't Rape Women

maybe not physically (if we're just talking about that definition), there have been many cases of women using blackmail/threats to force men to have sex with them.

ooh that's a good point, do you have some examples?

Legally, a woman cannot rape a man because she lacks a penis. So unless she rapes him with an object, UK law requires the ability to penetrate to be classed as rape.

There is the potential for a long sentence with sexual assault. A man can rape a woman and still only be charged with attempted rape.

Some of your points are about faults in the legal system but a lot of it is down to society not viewing women as predators. They are victims, sexy minxes, motherly figures. its at complete odds to many people that a woman could abuse and rape. Especially when combined with the many many myths about men and male biology.

Even with an object it isn't rape, rape requires a penis
I personally reckon the law ended up this way just 'cause the original writer of rape law didn't think through all possible scenarios and forgot. It is strange that no MP has ever bothered to bring up changing it though. I would've thought if it was brought up it would be changed by now as it seems to be such a small thing without any real decent arguments against it.

I've gotten random erections while just having a poo before that have hung around for quite a while. I think random ones would quite easily be maintained if it got put in something.

I'm going to be making a thread about this little hidden gem soon....I'll remember to tag you once I do.

Can you tag me as well
Viagra + oral sex = maintained erection in most if not all cases.
I'm not sure it is alt-right but it is anti-feminist but what they don't like about feminism is how they are acting about men.

Women are subject to horrendous sexual violence, well what about all the men that are subject to sexual violence?

Women are subject to domestic violence, well what about all the men that are subject to domestic violence?

Women get paid less at work, well what about all the men who die at work?

I wish we could work together to solve issues affecting both genders without turning it into a competition of which gender is the biggest victim. For me that means acknowledging the obvious truth that sexual and domestic violence is a problem that predominately affects women. Some men are affected by it but it doesn't do any good to exaggerate that.

There are probably some man hating women out there but they are very much in the minority. Feminists and people campaigning on men's issues should campaign on real problems not engage in this petty point scoring and looking for injustices where they don't exist. What good does it do to make out like make out that men are date raped with Viagra? It just doesn't happen. It' clear from the discussion that some people are so determined for men to be the victims that they are losing touch with reality.

Nope.
I never mentioned any drug. But if you've already got an erection somehow and a lass inexplicably manages to get it inside her before it goes, it won't necessarily go down mid-ride. But who says it even has to be maintained for the whole process? If I forcibly penetrate a girl without her consent, and then pull out before I orgasm, I've still raped her, haven't I?

I'd say rape of a man by a woman is defo less likely but that doesn't mean the law should treat it as less than what it is.
You don't get it because you're focusing on the wrong bit. Ignore the rape bit. The fact is that in modern society, Women are treated with a lot more leniency. You can choose your own opinion as to why that is, because it's a mix of all possible reasons. Thinking otherwise is really just lack of information so in a world controlled by opinions over facts I'm not going to dislike anyone for being wrong like everyone else seems to.
My knowledge of how Viagra works and my knowledge of human physiology. I have no citations to back up my previous comment, just theory/hypothesis. Where’s your certainty coming from?
1) Beauties don't over power and tie up men
2) Why would he not want to have sex if she is attractive?

If a man lets and an attractive lady tie him up, then gets an erection and lets her jump on. That is consent.
My comments expressed as much certainty as yours did.

I haven't taken viagra. Have you?
I'm not sure there is an enormous stigma attached. Maybe among people in prison but I think if a man got raped, the general public would think that is terrible and not blame him for it.

The reason I wouldn't report getting raped is because it is so difficult to prove. If there were two of us there, he says I consented, I say I didn't, I just don't see how that can be proved beyond reasonable doubt. Whats the point of reliving it during an investigation and in court when he is going to get off anyway?

That is not a criticism of the system. Unfortunately, the nature of the crime means you will inevitably get low conviction rates unless you compromise the accused rights to a fair trial.
So your scenario is this:

You go out tonight, a woman jumps out from behind a bush, tackles you to the ground, strips all your clothes off and ties you up. By an unfortunate coincidence, you get an erection which the woman then mounts.

You won't be able to find a single example of that happening. It is pure fantasy. It doesn't go on. There are no women hiding in the bushes.
Law protects the right of most people. Thus, some special were ignored,I think.

I just don't see how a woman raping a man can be half as painful or terrifying as the other way around. Besides, there is just way more of a probability of a man having the strength to protect himself, compared to women who most likely will not be able to tackle a man trying to assault them. I think there is a difference between non-consensual sex and rape when it comes to a woman committing the act.
I agree
If a person doesn't give consent then it's rape. It doesn't matter if you're a male, female, trans, attack helicopter etc, rape is rape
People fail to get erections even when they're under drugs like Viagra (which do NOT give you erections if you don't want to)

Looks like certainty to me.

Interesting study!

However, 25mg is a very small dose and the participants self-evaluated. The study also does not dispute sildenafil increasing the chance of an erection occurring.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16281087

The mean time to onset of the first erection with sildenafil citrate was (34+/-18) min, whereas it was (74+/-24) min (P 0.0001) without sildenafil citrate. The number of erections observed during the first 5 h after sildenafil citrate medication was 3.6+/-0.5 in contrast to 2.4+/-0.5 with no medication (P=0.001). The interval between first and second erections was shorter with sildenafil citrate: (52+/-26) min vs. (85+/-34) min (P = 0.01). The duration of the last erection was statistically significantly longer with the sildenafil citrate: (64 +/-33) min vs. (42 +/-28) min (P 0.001).

And

http://www.nature.com/ijir/journal/v15/n2/full/3900978a.html

“In conclusion, our study showed that sildenafil can improve nocturnal erectile quality not only in patients with erectile dysfunction as previously published but also in potent males.”

The 28-year-old then fed her hostage Viagra and used him as a sex slave for three days wanting to teach him a lesson.

I'd like to point out that an erection will be a natural reaction to physical stimulation. This is the same issue as with women who get an orgasm whilst getting raped, it's simply how their body reacts, but the orgasm doesn't justify the rape. It prevents a lot of women from reporting the rape out of shame. It's the same thing, though a man getting an erection is probably more likely than a woman getting an orgasm. Still, neither of these things are consent.

As for the debate about maintaining an erection, the physical stimulation can be enough. I have a male friend who has been raped. He was approaching his 20s and was rather skinny at the time. The woman was simply bigger and overpowered him, tied him to a bed, and gagged him. She was able to keep up his erection despite the fact that he was in pain throughout the thing (his foreskin was getting pulled on). She didn't manage to get him to orgasm though, despite trying very hard. She was genuinely offended that he didn't, so he suspects she wanted to get pregnant.
