Immigration/EU/Eastern Europe - too much?

I feel there are too many Romanians in the town i ive in. And Poles. It's changing the character for the worse.

I am not white myself. is it hypocritial to believe this, or should there be curbs?

I also favour tiered immigration. Countries from stable evnironments and with hardworing people should get preference. Which will be reviewed once every ten years:

- North America, Europe, Japan, China, Australia, India, NZ, stabler African countries - top tier quota with more residence time
- Russia, South America, Lebanon, Paistan, South East Asia - second tier
- wartorn African and Arab countries, Iran, North Africa - lowest tier and only allowed entry if they can prove they are here to study, get a job and not cause issues.
My workplace used to have loads of Poles but now the majority are Romanians :mmm: Some of them are very hardworking but some are useless, if only someone got rid off the useless :gah:
