Birmingham replacement tenant needed
I was supposed to be moving in to a student house with friends from July 1st 2018 - June 30th 2019, but won't be anymore and need someone to take my place pretty sharpish.
- 6 minute walk to Selly Oak train station.
- 20 minute walk to UoB
- Around £100 a week including bills.
