I’d like to know how you accrue 15 weeks holiday in 9 months maternity leave!
Which employer is this? Most get the basic 28 days per year

Exactly Sammylou - I got 3/4 of a year's annual leave - 21 days in my case not 15 weeks!!!

I assume 21 days is 3/4 of 28 days being the legal minimum for holidays and does include Bank holidays.
